Rehabilitation of an 18th century house (Valencia)

Featured Project: Rehabilitation of an eighteenth century house

The prestigious Gradolí & Sanz Arquitectos studio has relied on the quality of our Montserrat red 27×6.5×1.3 tile, made with natural extruded stoneware, for the rehabilitation of a single-family house in a fragment of the “Casa del Batlle”, a building founded on Islamic remains by the Order of the Templars after the Reconquest of Moncada (second half of the thirteenth century)”.

In this project, the careful selection of materials has been key to preserve the historical essence of the building, while providing authenticity, texture and durability to the intervened spaces.

With a solid track record in building, restoration, landscaping, urban planning and interior design projects, Grafolí & Sanz Arquitectos has seen its work recognized in numerous publications and awarded with prestigious prizes.
